Policy Overview At muhe, we take pride in offering products that feature exclusive, custom designs. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or

personal preference once an order has been processed.


Damages and Shipping Issues

Please note that muhe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • We ensure every item leaves our facility in perfect condition.
  • Once the package is with the carrier, responsibility for its safety transfers to them.
  • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for shipping-related damages.


Exceptions: Incorrect Orders

The only exception to our "Final Sale" policy is in the event of an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect item or a design different from what was ordered).


  • How to Report: If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us at What's App within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a correction, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at our expense.
